About the Team
T5 is the culmination of Tim's long career in real estate, which he began in the finance and capital markets sectors in Chicago during the late 1980s. Tim then became President of Greenway Properties in 2003, where he grew the company portfolio and facilitated a portfolio sale to a private real estate company in 2006.
In 2007, Tim joined his brother as a principal with The Carey Group, where he gained invaluable experience completing development, brokerage and investment opportunities that kept The Carey Group's portfolio on a positive trajectory during some of the most trying financial times in recent history.
Tim launched T5 Real Estate Solutions in 2014 with a continued emphasis on real estate brokerage, development and investment across the industrial, residential, office and retail sectors. His core capabilities are wrapped within his broad experience and supported by a strong emphasis on the key operational values his clients and investors have come to expect.
Tim attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he had the good fortune to study under the tutelage of real estate legend James “Chief” Grasskamp. Tim graduated with majors in Finance and Real Estate Investment Analysis.
Great home cooked meals, time spent with his two children, and getaways with family are favorite pastimes. Passionate about physical fitness, Tim enjoys biking, swimming, and skiing and has successfully completed Ironman and Birkebeiner races.
An ardent supporter of Middleton Outreach Ministry (MOM), a food pantry and clothing closet in his community, Tim served 8-years on the MOM Board of Directors and helped coordinate MOM’s acquisition and renovation of its new office and pantry facility. He is also a Board Member of Monona Bank and WOW Logistics Co.
For over 25 years Donna found her career in marketing and communications very rewarding, enabling her to view business and market environments as a service provider (providing multichannel marketing solutions) and as a client (managing for-profit and nonprofit brands). This dual perspective across a variety of industries created strong functional expertise in strategic planning, change management, financial accountability, customer acquisition/retention, and team building. Donna now enjoys applying these disciplines to help manage the day to day interests of T5 customers and investors.
Donna attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for her undergraduate degree in Communications and the University of Illinois at Chicago for her M.B.A. She is perfectly comfortable thriving in Badger land as a Big Ten Conference advocate and friend of Bucky – yet loyally bleeds Orange and Blue.
A fan of continuous learning, Donna enjoys finding herself on unique field trips, meeting interesting people, and participating in a range of conversations from movie quotes to factors impacting psychological health. She serves as an active volunteer with several organizations centered on youth and older adults. She finds exploring different portions of our planet with friends and family to be one of life’s greatest pleasures. Along with a great cup of coffee at a local diner in Anywhere, USA.
