TIM CAREY
Tim's real estate career began in Chicago’s finance and capital markets sectors in 1987. He became president of Greenway Properties in 2003, where he grew and then sold the company’s portfolio three years later. In 2007, Tim joined his brother as a principal with The Carey Group, where he gained invaluable experience completing development, brokerage and investment opportunities that kept the company’s portfolio on a positive trajectory during historically difficult financial times.
Tim launched T5 Real Estate in 2014 to capitalize on the expertise he acquired over his long career. At T5, he continues to focus on real estate development, investment and brokerage across the multi-family, industrial, office and retail sectors. His core capabilities are wrapped within his broad experience and supported by the operational values his clients and investors have come to expect.
DONNA PEOTA
For more than 25 years, Donna’s career focused on marketing and communications, which allowed her to experience business and market environments both as a service provider for multichannel marketing solutions and as a client managing for-profit and nonprofit brands. These varied perspectives across diverse industries fueled her expertise in strategic planning, change management, financial accountability, customer acquisition/retention and team building. Donna now enjoys applying these disciplines to help manage the day-to-day interests of T5’s customers and investors.
